One of the things I can still do is shop. I must confess that I fell victim to a pretty good ad. The upshot was my purchase of a security system for the house. I say security system, but it's really as safety system for the whole house.
the three biggest selling points are that it is completely wireless, easy to install yourself, and the fee for monitoring the system is very reasonable.
it even has a nice feature where the base unit uses its own cell phone connection to relay information to the monitoring station...no need to hook it up to a phone line.
We went from nothing to a full system - entry monitoring, smoke alarms, CO2 alarm, water alarm, and a panic button - in 20 minutes.
The system comes from SimpliSafe.com and Amanda and couldnt be happier.
Check it out here
the Millennium Gloucester Hotel in london could do with one of them systems in case the hun supporters think the e.g.m will still be held there..
